Proof you can check yourself
Brickwork is new, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise with stock photos of people in a meeting room. What I can do is let you measure the thing you're actually buying. Every number on this page is a fixed property of the page — bytes and request counts, not load times — so you can reproduce it and get the same answer.
Measured 1 August 2026, mobile: Noma loads 48 scripts and 31 MB, Origin Coffee 147 scripts and 26 MB, Heckfield Place 30 scripts and 6 MB, Elmore Court 21 scripts and 18 MB. These are sites with budgets mine can't touch. This page loads 3 scripts, 283 KB, and contacts no domain other than its own.
This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from a third-party domain. The first thing a customer sees is your business, not a dialog. Analytics are self-hosted and count page views without identifying anyone — it's all written out in the privacy notice.
Click into them. Scroll them on your phone. They're real pages, built the way yours would be — labelled as demos because they're concepts, not client work I'm passing off as mine.
Commissioned photography and licensed typefaces are what real budgets buy, and they're the gap. Your own photos close most of it — that's a conversation I'd rather have upfront than after you've paid.

These are founding rates, and they hold until 1 October 2026. They go up after that. I've put a date on it because "rising soon" with no date is just pressure, and if I said it and never raised the price it wouldn't be true. The maths
I'm not going to tell you what a website will earn you — I don't know your business and anyone who claims otherwise is guessing. So do it the other way round: put in your own numbers and see how much would have to change before the build breaks even.
How that's worked out: build price ÷ (average job × your margin) = jobs needed. Nothing else is assumed, and the answer is only as good as the two numbers you typed.
All this does is divide one number by another. It tells you what would have to happen for the build to pay for itself, and nothing at all about whether it will. A website can't make anyone call you, and I don't promise rankings, traffic, enquiries or sales. If the number above looks like a stretch for your business, don't buy the site. I'd rather tell you that now than after you've paid.

You pay 50% upfront to secure your build slot and start. The remaining 50% is only due once you've reviewed the finished site and you're happy. All payments go through Stripe, so your card details never reach me. Paying by card also leaves you the dispute rights your card issuer gives you, which is worth knowing when you're buying from someone you haven't met.
Yes, with the clock started on something I control: it's 7 working days from the day you send your content, not from first contact. Waiting on photos and copy is the single most common reason a small build slips, so the countdown begins once they land. I take one project at a time, so yours gets full focus, and if anything threatens the date I tell you immediately.
A short brief — your business name, what you offer, any brand colours or logos, and a couple of sites you like. About 10 minutes, zero technical knowledge needed. No photos yet? I use professional placeholders until you have your own.
Shopify is the software an online shop runs on. It takes the card payments, keeps them secure, and handles delivery options and tax — the parts you would not want to build or be responsible for yourself. You only need it if you are selling products online, and you pay it directly in your own Shopify account from around £25/month, which means you own the account and can take it elsewhere. If your business takes enquiries or bookings rather than payments, you do not need Shopify at all — the £895 website has no monthly fee of any kind.
