Sometimes not, and I will tell you. Send me the link and you will get a straight assessment of what is actually holding it back. Occasionally the honest answer is that your existing site is fine and your problem is elsewhere.
No. The brief takes about ten minutes and asks plain questions — what you do, who you serve, any colours or logos you have, a couple of sites you like the look of. I handle everything after that.
I use professional placeholder photography so nothing is blocked, and swap in yours whenever you have them. Your own photos of your own space almost always outperform stock, so it is worth taking them eventually.
The site is yours outright. If you want me to keep it updated, monitored and improving, monthly care is £119/mo and cancels any time. Plenty of clients never need it.
