Most cheap Shopify work is a paid theme with your logo dropped in the corner. It looks like every other store using that theme, and it converts like one too. I build the store around what you actually sell — how your products photograph, how customers decide, where they hesitate.
Everything is done for you. You send a brief; I handle design, build, product upload, payments and shipping configuration. You do not need to know what a Liquid template is, and you never will.

Brief & build
Approve the direction and pay 50%. I build the full store, upload products and configure payments while you get on with your business.

Review & launch
You review the finished store, I adjust, and the remaining 50% is due only once you are happy. Then it goes live.

Yes — Shopify plans start around £25/month and go in your own account, so you keep full ownership and can remove me entirely at any point. That fee goes to Shopify, not to me. If you only need enquiries rather than online orders, a local business website has no monthly fee at all.
I quote the extra upload separately, or I set up the structure and you add the rest yourself — it is straightforward once the first twenty are in and you can see the pattern. I will tell you honestly which is better value for your catalogue.
Usually yes. Send me what you have and I will assess it honestly — sometimes a rebuild costs less than untangling someone else's work, and I will say so plainly rather than quietly charging for both.
I use professional placeholders so the build is not blocked, and swap in your own photos when they are ready. Good product photography is the single biggest lever on an ecommerce store, so it is worth doing properly rather than rushing.
